Thank you to Brian and Grandpa Roy who have both commented so far. I know there's not a lot to comment about yet, but, this site being my mini awareness campaign, I would like it to be interactive. One theme of the trip is Awareness (as power), and I know that your and everyone's awareness even of my personal trip gives the effort much more power.
Also, I am still accepting donations. Thank you to all who have so far donated. I have raised enough to almost cover my program fees, travel insurance and medical expenses (malaria medication, immunizations, anti-traveler's diarrhea medication... :\). WOW! The only thing that's left is my flight!
A note on SIC: SIC no longer stands for "Students for International Change." It is now called "Support for International Change" to better reflect the whole scope of the organization. The logo has also changed, but the web url (www.sichange.org) will stay the same.
